What is included in your window cleaning service?

  • Window cleaning includes frames, panes, sills and doors and can be carried out 4, 6, 8 or 12-weekly to suit you

Can I get a quote via email?

  • Window cleaning if you send us external photos showing all windows to be cleaned we can provide an accurate quote via email
  • Gutter cleaning - As a guide we charge £20 per full length of guttering, which includes downpipes. For an accurate quote we can arrange a visit
  • Installation of windows/doors - we can provide an estimate via email if measurements are provided. Our surveyor will then visit and provide an accurate quote

How can I pay?

  • We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, or direct debit via GoCardless.  For more information on paying via GoCardless click here

How do I update my bank account?

  • The best thing to do if you need to change the bank account your Direct Debit payments are collected from would be to call the GoCardless support team on 020 7183 8674, who will be happy to make this change for you. They can be contacted on this number from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Alternatively, you could cancel your current Direct Debit authorisation and complete a new authorisation form with your new bank details. If you would prefer to do this, let us know and we will cancel your authorisation and send you a new payment form to complete via email.
